About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To travel as much as possible and to simply enjoy life.

ABOUT ME

I was born in Mannheim, Germany and moved to NH with my family when I was a baby. I love to travel back to Germany as much as possible and spend time with my family that still lives there. I love traveling in general and have backpacked most of Europe, which was the best experience of my life! I like to have a good time and am a very laid-back person.

PHILOSOPHY

Do whatever makes you happy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

A few years ago when I backpacked Europe, my sister, our friend, and I stayed at a place in Ghent, Belgium. The 3 guys we stayed with were amazing hosts and showed us all of what Ghent had to offer. As a thank you to the guys, we cooked them an awesome meal for our last night of our 3 day stay.

Interests

I really love reading and hiking. I also love to just hang out with my friends and spend time with my family.

Music, Movies, and Books

I really enjoy folk music but i'll listen to almost anything. I enjoy movies that make me think as well as laugh but i'm usually up for watching anything! There are so many books that I love! My favorite authors include Kerouac, Thoreau, Whitman, Vonnegut, and many more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My entire backpacking experience was unforgettable and the most amazing time of my life! My favorite day during my trip (if I had to pick one) would probably be when my sister and I hiked Cinque Terre, Italy and then swam in the ocean afterwards. I also really loved volunteering with WWOOF (world wide opportunities on organic farms) in Belgium for 2 weeks. I loved working with the earth everyday and i learned so much about gardening!

Teach, Learn, Share

I know a lot about the environment and sustainable practices and love talking about anything to do with the environment. I also have a pretty big book collection and love recommending books to people.
