I have a passion for the outdoors and sustainability. I love to hike and mountain bike. I relax by listening to podcasts and reading.

My partner and I just moved back to Canada after living abroad for a couple of years. We are really enjoying the discovering our new home.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been a surfer and hosted surfers. Throughout my experiences I have met many wonderful, thoughtful, and interesting people including my partner. I want to continue to meet new people and learn more about the world around me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Lived on a tiny (eight kms long) French Island in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean for eight months with very challenging weather. Snowstorms, hurricane tails, thick fog for days, you name it!

Teach, Learn, Share

I am currently on a mission get to downsize and simplify my life. I have found that living with less gives me the opportunity better connect with the people and landscapes around me. I would be happy to share my experiences through this process. I also have a passion for small space living.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I enjoy to help out in whatever way I can whether it be in the house or garden. I grew up and worked on an organic farm so I am pretty confident working with tools and machinery.

It is also my pleasure to to share a bottle of wine or a meal. Although I may ask that my French partner lends a hand in the meal preparation and wine selection.
