Hi! I'm Chelsey. I love cooking, trying new foods, eating out...basically I live food. I love belly dancing although I haven't learned how to properly dance yet. I live setting goals, big and small. I come from a mixed family, African and European. I have an awesome supportive boyfriend who I want to marry. I go to school full time. I have a loving family yet a bit over protective. I love exploring, honest and loving people, and video games. I also LOVE ethnic culture. Fashion...food...music...art...literature...language...society.
I love dogs. Heck...I love all animals. I love learning anything new. I love God and Jesus....but I'm very open minded and caring of all. Basically, unless your bashing me for my beliefs, I love getting to be around you and totally respect you for you. I'm interested in adventure and friends, and living life to the absolute fullest.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I grew up in a tiny farm town, moved to a slightly bigger farm "city" and I'm going to school for nursing. I've always wanted more in my life, and have always searched for others who want adventure and awesome companionship. I've been through a lot of junk early in my life, and it's really stagnated me from growth and true adventure. I've only traveled to Vegas by myself. I've been to Florida with my dad a few times. I've always tried reaching out, but I never reach high enough. I've recently changed that in my life. I realized I never set the bar high enough. I CAN couch surf. I CAN be a nurse. I CAN be rich. I CAN meet my favorite celebrity. I CAN learn fluent Spanish. I'm tired of not believing in myself and God enough to live my dreams. I'm tired if believing the fears of other small town inhabitants and never doing anything at all.
That's why I joined this site. I'm ready to aim high. I'm excited to travel, learn new things, meet new friends.
I have lots of passions and interests. I feel travelling, especially couch surfing, would be a great learning experience. After all....we only live once, at least in this lifetime, right?
