I am innately down to earth, but have an ambitious spirit which drives me to seek new experiences both in my residential city and abroad. I'm open-minded, especially to new and innovative ideas. The glass is half full of the best wine I've ever tasted.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In the past I have hosted and surfed, now I use CS as a way to meet people when I travel.

Interests

The things that grab my attention (and keep it) are usually quite simple - a good meal, an engaging conversation, finding new bits of beauty in an old scene or a new scene all together. I love meaningful time spent with unique individuals. When I enjoy someone's company, we could be doing anything and I would be more than happy just to spend time - walking together, dining together, going to a cultural event or landmark or hidden local treasure.
My time spent alone is something I also value. I'll take a day just to explore a city, just to get lost for a day and see where I end up. Maybe it's with a book in a park on a sunny day, or maybe I've accidentally met my new best friend.
