I am open to all sorts of adventures, am of a compassionate and nurturing nature. I have a keen interest in herbal medicine, energy systems and the body, wildcrafting, organic gardening, sourdough baking and the many levels of awareness.

PHILOSOPHY

Be aware, have open eyes and minds to see the possibilities. Fear is a negative emotion that comes from identification with self. Let go of negativity and be free to live. One With Life.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have had some amazing experiences hosting and being hosted, this site has opened up so many possibilities and brought people into my life that I couldn't imagine not meeting. I am so grateful to every person who is involved because I have learned that there is a great deal of openness and love in humanity.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

A friend introduced me to CS in 2008 and I've been adventuring every since, have only had really awesome experiences thus far and are looking forward to many more.

Growing food, making connections with herbs and the body, efficient, sustainable futures. Music, the outdoors, hiking, camping, wakeboarding, snowboarding, riding bikes!! Having a good time regardless of the situation.
Paying attention to the many multi-faceted dimensions of the reality in which we are currently manifesting ourselves in.

I like to plan my options, so that when I reach that fork in the road I am aware of the possibilities. I am learning to flow with life's potentials and be aware of what t has to offer. All in Divine Right Timing and Divine Right Order we will arrive at the truths we need to experience.
