About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To meet new friends from different walks of life. I want to serve and be a joy to strangers who will become my friends. Of course, I want to have fun.
ABOUT ME
I have a profile I made before, but my email changed since the last time I logged in, so if you want to see more of me here is another profile
http://www.couchsurfing.org/people/chinxlynx/
Unfortunately, the references from my couchsurfing profile I made in the ancient year of 2009 have disappeared because the website has changed so much, so the best I can do is provide references from my airbnb profile here https://www.airbnb.com/users/show/179715
I graduated college at SMU in Dallas in 2009 and then I subsequently became a high school physics teachers for three years in Lewisville, TX. I then went into medical school at TX A&M and have completed those four years. I will be an internal medicine resident in New Orleans in July. I'm still trying to figure out my life, but I hope in the future I will be a cancer and palliative care doctor. I also hope I can be involved in teaching (yes, high school because I loved it).
I consider myself witty, a good sense of humor. I love socializing and I think of myself as a curious person; I like to ask a lot of questions to get to know people. I don't consider myself wild in terms of my social life but I love to have a good time. I love the outdoors, especially hiking. In my free time I go on roadtrips.
PHILOSOPHY
Put others above yourself
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to meet new people. Also I'm backpacking Europe so to be honest, even the cheap hostels add up. I'll get you groceries and dinners etc, do chores while I am staying with you too. BOOM
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I CS with a young lady in Amsterdam named Nina. It was an absolutely wonderful, amazing time. I think since I was her first surfer she was terrified of me, but she eventually warmed up nicely.
Interests
Going out with friends, jazz and bluegrass music and alternative rock, bowling, golf, jogging, singing in the shower, telling my students crude jokes, going to the movies

Living in Denmark for a semester, I learned a word called "hygge" (pronounced hooglee). Its a sense of coziness as if your sitting around the fireplace with your family. Hygge.
