Creating myself

Hitting 25 very very soon!
I speak English, Mandarin, Spanish and Portuguese. Been to a few places in the world, but not really sure what to do with all that now. I care a lot about education, healthcare, and government, as well as lighter things like running, yoga, and the flail-y thing I call dancing.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have surfed one couch, in Sevilla (thanks Nani!). I meet up with random people everywhere, helping tear down waterlogged structures in New Orleans and sleeping across three chairs in a church

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Eating snails in Sevilla, walking Via de la Plata, hanging out at Clarke Quay on the bridge with backpacking hippies, joining a gypsy caravan in Northern Spain, doing really random things that I didn't think could be done in Singapore

Interests

Yoga, board games, learning languages, taking planes, trains and buses, sledding, dancing, walking, swinging, traveling, cleaning kitchens, cooking, reading, hugging, kid philosophy, trying to make snowmen and creating snow sphinxes instead.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

realizing that 95% of the people I meet are actually pretty awesome.

Amazing terrifying thing recently done was to move back to Singapore after being away for so long.

Then leaving with no money and no job to try to figure things out in Shanghai...which led me back here to an awesome job, so no complaints there. Good things happen when you jump and let the universe catch you.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm more or less open to learning anything.
I can probably make you dinner.
I can also speak to you in any one of the languages I speak. I can make a random reference to a poem. I can play a board game with you. I love Settlers of Catan. And Cards against Humanity (though not really a board game)
