I'm a student from Taiwan. From 2017, I will stay in Hamburg, Germany one year for exchange. I'd like to use this time to travel around Europe and meet inspiring people here as much as I can, explore the variety of culture and share ideas. I have yet been to many country but can share experiences in Asia cities. Also if you are willing to come to Taiwan in the future, which I strongly recommend, I can share you my own knowledge,

I love to experience something new, learning a new skill, taking a walk to an unknown street, etc. The best thing for me while traveling is to explore the beauty of the nature in a city, not just hanging around the most famous tourist spots, but in a slower and deeper way, especially by knowing how local people think.

I study civil engineering, and structural engineering specifically. I'm curious about building techniques and architecture as well. I like to read, watch movies, stay in a exhibition for hours. I like to sing, but not good as I wish. I like cycling, especially with a fixed gear, a more exciting extreme sport. We have many cycling groups in Taipei and will ride together at every Friday nights. I'm also able to scuba diving. Recently, I start to learn German and keep improving.

I'm in love with traveling and experiencing new places from a local's point of view. Traveling in unfamiliar places sometimes makes me feel bored and helpless, like suddenly you don't know what to do. But having connections with people, it comes out some great plans and ideas that you never imagine. And the most unforgettable memory always comes from those stories made with others.

Intereses

I like cycling in the cities with my fixed gear(wish you know how good it is), and can do some trick with it. I think bikes is the best vehicle to explore a city. I also play scuba diving in Taiwan, though I didn't have much time to enjoy it, but I always dream of diving in other countries.
