Used to be ticking-off country list chaser but now a slow traveller. Get to know the area that surrounds me and spend more time in less places. Scour the local markets, stop and smell those flowers, and find a hidden gem of a restaurant. Get into some sort of routine. Get to know the locals; my neighbours for the time being. I'm always surprise at how welcoming they are.

The beautiful thing about it is that I could meet people who I didn't know they exist, willing to meet strangers out of the blue, roam the streets without a clue, speak about things old and new, and having a decent conversation over a meal.
