ABOUT ME

I'm young (I think) but constantly worrying about growing old. I want to see the world, so that I can see myself from different parts of the world. So far I've been seeing quite different interpretations of myself. Perhaps typical of someone from HK, I like my Chinese roots but feel somewhat divided loyalties between Western and Chinese tendencies. I am at university studying a random collection of subjects, namely Russian, Social Anthropology and Politics.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I surf couches. I make food for my hosts (if they're not too scared of me). When I was in student halls I offered my couch, now I have no couch, and despite my love for couchsurfing I'm not quite ready to share my bed yet.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I travelled from Russia to Germany along the Baltic coast with two friends last summer mostly staying at couchsurfers'. It was AMAZING. I'd like to do this again this year, across Asia.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was in a disused subway station under the main shopping street in Kazan. I went into an old hotel in ruins from there. Then my friend and I brought two local friends there.
