Overview
About Me
Working in education and doing the remote working year in Europe. Totally positive vibe and down to earth. Very new to couch surfering.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I joined Couchsurfing because I love traveling and I am eager to understand the local culture in depth. Although staying in a hotel is comfortable, it is difficult to truly integrate into local life. Through Couchsurfing, I have the opportunity to live in the homes of locals, eat, chat and share life with them. This makes my travel more real and meaningful. Moreover, I can make friends from all over the world and listen to their stories. This cross-cultural communication experience is very precious.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I sponsored a girl from a poor mountainous area in China for three years so that she could complete her high school studies and eventually enter a college.
Teach, Learn, Share
As a couchsurfer, I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience during my travels, and I hope to share what I have learned with everyone. Whenever I go to a new place, I hope to communicate with the local couch hosts and learn about their culture, customs and lifestyle. This kind of communication itself is a kind of learning. I will also share with them the culture, special food and interesting stories I have experienced, to explore the different world in everyone's eyes.
What I Can Share with Hosts
As a couchsurfer, I hope that the couch host really likes me. First of all, respect and courtesy, I will abide by the rules and living habits of their homes. Secondly, cultural exchange, I can share my understanding of Eastern and Western cultures. I'm definitely willing to share the housework with you (I love washing dishes, it's therapeutic) also cooking some Chinese food or dinning out on me.
