I am a yoga and dance teacher, live for the art, pasionate about what i do, life is made of experiences and i try to create new ones each day, i love to socialize, listen to peoples story, healthy food, good wine, good music, a good conversation...art, holistic health and an over all balance in life, buddhism filosophy and any other knowlage that will make our lifes whole....

Started traveling at a very young age, so i like to consider myself a free soul, born and raised in canada and mexico, half canadian, half mexican, based in monterrey mexico where i run a yoga and dance studio.
