About Me

** I'm not interested in any form of romance/sex whatsoever. I'm genuinely on this platform to make friends. If you're looking at finding a one night stand, or love interest, please DO NOT host me **

CURRENT MISSION

EAT ALL THE GOOD FOOD <3

ABOUT ME

I really love to wine and dine (on a budget though)! Street food is great, but I mean if there are cute cafes and restaurants that are affordable and good, why not?

Love exploring places on foot especially when the weather is great. I feel that this is a great way to take in the sights and sounds of a city!

Am always up for a nice gin and tonic ^^V

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I first got introduced to CS by my friend who tried it and raved so much about it. Initially skeptical, but now it's my favourite way to travel! Not only you get to save some cash on lodging, but you get to have the most amazing time with the most interesting people ever ever ever! Some of them will become friends that you keep in contact forever.

Most of my CS experiences have been fantastic. I've met so many new people from all over the world and I really enjoy this way of traveling. It makes my traveling experiences so much more flavourful.

I hate travelling with a tour group where most of the people are just in a city for the sake of being in that city. There has to be more depth, a greater connection and understanding of the place to call it travelling. And I believe that getting to know a place through its people is one of the best ways to explore and learn.

Interests

I love musicals, fashion, food, cooking, walking around cities, chilling at the bar, hiking, biking, dancing, photography, local food markets or flea markets, writing, adventure... and just having fun.

Music, Movies, and Books

Harry Potter (the entire series omggg), My Sister's Keeper, Tuesdays with Morrie, 7 People You Meet in Heaven...

I love Korean music! DBSK and JYJ, Big Bang, 2NE1, Tablo, Tiger JK and Tasha, Epik High, Zion T, Primary, Jay Park, Ailee, Swings, IU...

EDM and mainstream English music are cool too! Justin Timberlake, Burno Mars, Jessie J, Lady GAGA, Maroon 5, Usher, Queen Bey, Mika, Michael Jackson *BOW DOWN TO THE KING*, Clean Bandits, Disclosure...

I'm not really a movie person, but I absolutely love the X-men series and The Great Gatsby. Grand Budapest Hotel is my latest obsession.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been staying in a city (that suffers from severe light pollution) for my whole life so I've never seen a clear, starry night sky before... until I went to Laos. The night sky was just so so beautiful.

Bathing in icy cold water in a village in Laos (when the temperature was around 10 degrees).

Sitting on the T-express roller coaster in Everland (S.Korea) all by myself when I have a crazy fear of heights. And I didn't tighten my seat belt enough so I was hanging on for my life.

Cycling 42km in Pahang, Malaysia. My ass was sore for the next few days.

Eating pig brains.................just for the experience. HAHAH~

I hope to do more of course. Life is all about exploring and breaking boundaries!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you more about food in Singapore and possibly how to save money if you ever want to visit my very expensive city :X

Oh and how to take a good selfie HAHAAHA!

I sometimes make videos of my trips! I procrastinate quite a bit actually HAHAHA.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My enthusiasm and love~~~ HAHAHA. I think i'm kinda fun to hang out with.......... I THINK. I would really love to hang out with my hosts, it could even be a simple chat over coffee if time is limited.

Alright, most importantly, I feel that I'm a very respectful surfer. I clean up after myself, and try to at least give something back to the host after they have very kindly sacrificed their time and resources to host me.

I guess, it's all about being a decent human being eh? Hosting is really not easy, so it only make sense for surfers to be appreciative of the kindness of their hosts.
