ABOUT ME

Cherife sells Milafas and robes from a shop in the dune filled town of Chinguetti. Spends his days visiting friends in town and drinking tea. Internet just arrived in Chinguetti a few months ago and Cherife doesnt use it yet, but when he heard about couchsurfing he was very eager to participate. You can call before you arrive or just show up in town and ask around for Cherife, most people know him.

He also can get you lined up to do a little volunteering with food preparation in a children's feeding centre or if your interested in something longer term there is quite strong interest in town for a volunteer english teacher (WWOOF style - you would have room and meals).
