ABOUT ME

I just graduated NYU with an MPA in nonprofit management and am taking advantage of yet another natural break in my commitments to travel Europe on my first bike tour. I'll return to NY in September to find a job and settle into the working life, for a time at least!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed for the first time when travelling India on my own. Couchsurfing shaped the entire first half of my trip and I know it went a long way to ensuring I left with a positive impression of the country and people. I think that couchsurfing is the perfect way to get insight into a location and to avoid falling into the "Lonely Planet trap"!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

During a crosscountry drive I spontaneously hiked down into the Grand Canyon and spent the night on a plateau under the stars. I still remember sitting on the edge, legs hanging over, canyon above and below, watching the shadows change with the moon and feeling as though the wind would take us at any moment.
