I am a girl with a burning desire to see the world. I love to travel and meet new people. Joining CS is one of the best life decisions I have made and has definitely ignited my wanderlust!

I have recently graduated from university and am currently enjoying my last summer vacation before embarking on my one year bar course. Life's short and I'm bent on making the most out of this ride!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have never hosted before as I am living with my family but I would love to introduce my hometown, Singapore, to anyone who is visiting! There are many interesting sights and delicious food that I would be eager to share with fellow Couchsurfers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

During my grad trip to Taiwan, I met up with many amazing locals through Couchsurfing. I even bunked in with a very kind host and his family despite the short notice given due to adverse weather conditions which had affected our original traveling plans. The hospitality extended to me was really heartwarming and made my trip the most memorable one that I ever had thus far. Hence, I would love to do the same for others who are visiting Singapore!

Interests

I love traveling and discovering new food haunts. I enjoy picking up new skills and recently took up yoga lessons. I also like learning new languages and hope to be conversant in a few in the future!

I enjoy a good action movie or romantic comedy. I also listen to a wide variety of English and Chinese songs. There're too many favourites to list all of them here!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Waking up at 5am to watch the gorgeous sunrise from the top of a mountain in Taichung, Taiwan.
- Water rafting in New Zealand!
