Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Es mi primeiro dia :(

I'm new here and am looking for places to stay and people to meet on a trip round some of the ities on the East side of USA during May 2011. I plan to visit NYC, Detroit and Chicago as a pilgrimage to see some of the most influential cities in hip hop and electronic music, as well as to have a really good time :)

I intend to throw myself into the experience though, and look forward to hosting too. I have hosted people from various web communities over the years and this one will be no exception. I love Manchester and really enjoy showing people round and watching them realise quite why us Mancs love our city so much. There's nothing more rewarding than showing someoen a slice of your life and seeing them catch the bug for your home town!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't really travelled outside of the UK, but I've slept on more couches than I care to remember. I'm an outgoing guy with friends all over the country and I travel round and party way more than I should.

Interests

Music music music - I love a huge variety of music and music history. I've been obsessed with discovering electronic music from a very early age.

Comedy - I love live comedy and see acts quite regularly.

Beer tasting - It might be a no brainer to say I like beer, but I *really* like beer. I love to find and taste new brews from all over the world.

I do also have a hidden geeky side and like to hack this and code that; I'm a free software person and an Android enthusiast, but you wouldn't know it to speak to me normally :)
