ABOUT ME

I've been working for the past few years to fund the trip that I'm now finally about to leave on! Beginning in Lebanon on the 18th of March, and ending nobody knows when or where. Bring it on.

I do love my job as a nurse/midwife though and find it a very enjoyable way to fund my future travels. ;) Eventual goal - Medecins Sans Frontieres. For a time, anyway.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've never hosted as a formal couchsurfing thang, due to being frightened to ask my housemate to give up the lounge room, but I'm totally ready to surf. And hopefully to host when I get back home.

Intereses

Travelling is the big one of course. I also like the outdoors a lot. I also like the indoors. I like napping, indoors or outdoors. I love cities. I love the country. Sometimes I even like the suburbs. I like music, film and books (mostly fiction). I really like the smell and feel of books, but I have recently succumbed to the Kindle due to its practicality for the coming year. I love going to see live music. I like furry animals a lot. I like to drink beer and wine, and even the extremely occasional spirit.
