I'm 20 years old and a sophomore at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas. I study Political Science and African & African American studies. I work at a bank, and I own two cats-Luna and Ferdinand. I enjoy being with friends, hiking, hammocking, drinking good beer and watching Game of Thrones.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I'm on Couchsuring because I'm taking a crazy chance and going backpacking with my best friend, Madison. Late October we got together and bought a plane ticket to Norway, and that was that. See ya later parents.

Interessen

I have a close group of friends who are my life. Nine of us in total and they are so sad I'm leaving the group for the summer.

I'm also very close with my family. I have 3 younger siblings, and great parents who are extremely supportive of everything I do.

I love playing board game, and playing basic video games. I love animals, especially my two cats. The area I live is very mountainous so the hiking is perfect. I love music festivals. I've been to Bonnaroo twice, and another festival in Austin, Tx. I love being on the river and kayaking with friends, and summer is my favorite season.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Hopefully this upcoming trip can fill this box....

So far, that would be my trips to Bonnaroo. Camping and being surrounded by happy people, good music, and lots of laughs can never be a bad time.

What I can share is my sense of hope, and wonder. Once you have your life flipped up side down, you begin to look at the world differently.

I'm also not a terrible cook!! I can teach anyone basic American dishes!

I can share with hosts my joyful personality, and my positive outlook on life. I had some really bad times fall upon me late September of 2015 when someone very dear to be passed away. After his passing I gained a new since of hope, and wonder for the world and all the things that surround us. I'm extremely open to all new things, and hopefully I can share some of my experiences with hosts!
