ABOUT ME

I'm a massage therapist, i work on shifting deep rooted chronic pain patterns for my patients. car accidents, sports injuries, to more regular stress induced patterns - i can talk at length about my work, i love it ; my partner Lila teaches yoga teacher trainings. She owned an anusara yoga school for six years, and has been teaching for 12 years. We're a kind, conscious couple... Not many worries.

We live, embedded in a beautiful network of friends and family in the heart of east vancouver.
We love to play outdoors when the west coast rainforest opens up.. epic hikes, festivals, we have a good life here in BC.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

A year ago, we had our buddy professionally kidnapped for his stag, took him to the czech republic and flew him in a fighter jet. Thats pretty epic, right?
We usually do quite a few hikes in the summer up to the alpine.. I have a thing for glacier lakes - to reconnect.
