ABOUT ME

I grew up in Istanbul, Tekirdag, and Berlin and travelled to a few places in europe when I was a kid but I don't remember much about them.
lived in Ankara for 5 years, lived in Boston for 2 years and moved back to Istanbul

I am vegan and so is my husband Berk. We share our apartment with 2 cats and a dog.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

can go out for drinks and show around. I love to walk so be prepared for walking a lot if you would like me to show you around. I don't mind to be a tourist in Istanbul but I have to say I am not the best guide.

we have a free room but nothing to sleep on in there and we have a couch where one person can fit in the living room

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

travelling itself is amazing enough and seeing other places and different cultures is great. nothing really extreme. Berk on the other hand had done 3 times ultra distance self supported bike race where he cycled around 4000km 50.000m in around 15 days passing through europe.

well, I can share my knowledge of turkish things - language, cooking, coffee...
always interested in learning a few words in other languages and learning all kinds of things in general
