About Me

In love with travelling, learning and teaching languages, hitchhiking, meeting and talking to people, going on spontaneous trips and camping in the nature.

- I'm passioned about people, the happiness of others is what drives me the most
- I like the sun, and sitting underneath it in a garden or national park.
- I love trekking
- I enjoy cooking, though I'm still working on improving my skills on that
- I've always believed in human kindess, and I still and will do, though I'm finding myself more and more often overwhealmed by discomfort and distress when reading the news in the morning
- I'm vegetarian (eating vegan whenever available)

I'm working on being the best version of myself and I feel so blessed for all the good and warm I received that I want to pay it forward

🚩 Oh, just for the record, couchsuring is no tinder or love matching site; here I wish to connect with other travellers and interesting people with stories to tell :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Cause I want to get inspired by people around the world and want to collect smiles from the countries I visit. :)

I want to actually live the countries and cultures I found myself in, that's why I usually prefer to travel slowly, to really get a taste of what it's like to live there.

Interests

I was a scout when I was little and it's probably because of that that love camping and being in nature. I'm moved by beautiful landscapes and sunsets.

* I'm so very passionate about hitchhiking, the stories you hear and the people you get to meet are simply priceless. Never had a bad experience so far though I've been doing it for more than two years now. I've participated in the Swiss hitchhiking championship and it was so much fun! I'd love to go on an around-the-world trip by hitchhiking one day. *

I've volunteered with the Red Cross, WWF, Terre des hommes, Juvenalia festival and I believe the best part of volunteering is the smile you see on people's face and their gratefulness. It's just such a rewarding experience.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love reading books, especially whilst travelling by train. I like action and thrillers book, as well as life-related books, those ones that leave you with the feeling of having grown or learnt something new from that story.

Talking of music, I usually listen to many types of genres, especially electronic, trap, R&B, blues, soul, rock as well as some commercial songs.

I'm not a big fan of movies, although I like from time to time to chill with friends and a good film on a cold and snowy winter evening. Tv series are ok.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've done an exchange year in Switzerland in 2015/2016.

I've kitesurfed in Tarifa (Spain) while seeing the Moroccan coast just in front of me.

I've done an hitchhiking trip through Istria(Croatia) and Slovenia and I've met the best people ever.

I participated in the Swiss hitchhiking championship 2017 and had so much fun, met awesome people and shared incredible stories that inspired me so much to travel even more.

I hitchhiked from Rome all the way up to Bern, travelled a lot in Switzerland and realised how much I love that country and its citizens.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd love to share recepies of our countries. Trying new tastes and traditional dishes from wherever country I'm in. I'd love to share mines as well.

I can help you with learning Italian, English or French and would love to learn other languages myself.

I'd also love to learn to dance (any type of dance, especially latin american ones). :D

What I Can Share with Hosts
