Overview
About Me
I grew up and went to college in New York. After college, I lived in Delaware and Kazakhstan. Around 8 years ago, I moved to California. For the last 6 years I've lived in the San Francisco Bay Area, where I am a structural engineer specializing in earthquake resistant structures. I love California and the Bay Area, but I'm so excited to be travelling with my husband Tarick for the next year, meeting new people and exploring new places. I enjoy hiking, making crafts, finding hot springs, and learning new things.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My husband Tarick and I are planning to travel through Asia and Europe for an extended period starting in January 2019. Reading advice online, it sounds like this is a great place to connect with people as we travel! I'm already regretting that we didn't host anyone before leaving our apartment in Oakland -- we'll have to pay it forward when we return from our journey. We love to host.
