My name is Chiara, I’m 23 and I live in Turin, a city in the North of Italy.
I’m an adventurous person and I love being surrounded by nature, I love sunsets, the ocean, wild places and mountains. Travelling is one of the things that makes me feel alive, and I really wish I could see as many places as possible one day.
I would say I’m a curious person ‘cause I’m always trying to learn something new, I’m now approaching crochet and yoga, I like playing guitar which I learnt by myself, and I'm always opened to meet new people and share lifetime memories with them!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm planning an interrail through Europe this summer with a friend of mine, Alice. We dreamt about this trip for like a whole year and now it's finally coming true! We couldn't be more excited and we want to make the best of this experience, that's why we would really like to meet local people during our trip. We wanna share cultures and live the places in the most authentic way as possible!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most incredible things I've ever done was definetely working at Disney World! I decided to take a gap year after high school and I moved on the other side of the world by myself. I lived in Orlando (Florida) for about 14 months, I worked at an Italian restaurant in one of the Disney World theme parks. That was the best experience I had in my entire life, I had the chance to meet people from all around the world, get to know a new country and new cultures, and I could improve my language skills. I also grew a lot as a person, I became more independent, responsible and for sure I learnt to believe in myself, ‘cause I did something I was scared of, and turned out it was the best decision I could ever make!
