ABOUT ME

I believe a lot in my work and personal projects ... for this, I started a blog that deals with nutrition education, who wants to fight the bad eating habits, and talks about the movement, understood in a broader sense, that it is important for staying mentally well and all those topics that are important to me.
Meditation, alternative medicine, physical activity, recipes and more.
I like traveling, seeing different countries: the most beautiful journey that I made was El camino de Santiago de Compostela ... and hope that the next, in the U.S. and Bahamas, will be the second one!

PHILOSOPHY

Listen yourself to understand what you need, but do not get too many questions, carried away into the great river that is life.

We have always been taught to make money and think that money is happiness...That's not true! Happiness, prosperity, good health are all in sync, and only when we are truly at peace with everyone.

I'm glad to bring all couchsurfers around my city and for those who want to stop a bit more, why not think of a trip out of town? :-)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My 1st Cs experience was in France...and it was totally perfect! It's the right way to travel and in Bologna I showed some guys around adn had fun together! Really interesting to know people with whom you can share a lot of interests and experiences! If you are close to Bologna, don't forget to call me for a drink or for a tour together... I always enjoy knowing people who want to know better my country!

Intereses

I like to try many different activities... I like reading and finding antique books on every topic and historical period. I love art, theater and geocache! Not only that, I like to go out, meet new people who can make a mark in my life, I like to do pilates and what more: I like to eat well, not only Italian food, but also the internation cuisines...
I love riding my new bike!!!!
