Hi! My name is Chiara, I'm 28 years old and I live on the coast of Uruguay.

Describing myself in a few of lines is so difficult for me, because I have a lot of interests.

I'm a medical doctor and work in mainly Pain Management, doing different therapies such as Medical Acupuncture, Ozone Therapy, Regenerative Medicine and Orthomolecular Medicine. I also work in the University I studied as an Anatomy professor assistant, something that I really value and enjoy.

On the other hand, I've been a Yoga Instructor since I was 17 years old. Studying both things, Anatomy and Yoga, has given me an incredible opportunity of combine my passions, so now I teach anatomy and biomechanics applied to Yoga in various teacher trainings and workshops which is very cool.

Furthermore, I love animals (I have many pets and they are family), nature, meeting new people and traveling.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This year we are traveling to Europe with my boyfriend and it seems like a great opportunity to join this beautiful community of Hosts and Travelers. So we are very excited to meet new people, learn about other ways of living and immerse on different cultures!

I prefer series over movies, like Game of Thrones, Vikings, Black Sails, Mad Men, Undercover and more.

Books: a wide range. From novels to neuroscience books (all of Nazareth Castellanos) and health like Glucose Revolution from Jessie Inchauspe or all books from Dr. Carlos Jaramillo.
