ABOUT ME

My name is Chiara and I am 24 years YOUNG! (Too old fashioned to say old indeed)
I was born and bred in Italy but at the age of 19 I decided to move to Scotland to start University. Since then I live most of the time in Stirling (If you've watched Braveheart,it's where the film has been filmed!!Amazing scenary!!).

I travel insanely much because of my activism and work and my friends always tell me it's just too hard to keep track of my wanderings across the globe.True story.
I am lucky enough to be on a plane somewhere in Europe or the world every 2 weeks and I am definitely what you can define a Globetrotter. I love travelling for my projects,meeting friends I haven't seen for a long time.
I AM TOTALLY IN LOVE WITH MY EUROPE,EUROPE IS MY HOME whether I am in Italy,Scotland or France.I am lucky enough to have friends in any city in Europe and it's just so nice to ALWAYS have a good time with friends met on the way.

I love my life.

I am youth ambassador for over 15 projects at the EU level and I work with many institutions in Europe.I have been working for the EU Commission at the Youth level as well as with the British Council,Qatar Foundation and many other.

There's lot to tell about me,but I leave this moment at a nice cup of tea to tell you more about what I do :)

PHILOSOPHY

I am totally aware of my potential as youth and as a person.I am 100% aware of what I can do in the world and how to make a real change.

I just want to leave this world a lil better than I've found it,leaving a memory,a quote or anything else to as many people as possible.To be someone to refer to in case of need,anytime and anywhere.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Meeting someone is always an enriching experience and DIVERSITY as well as cultural exchanges will be never enough for me!!

I am new to this and due to my travellings I almost always have hotels to stay at but I've always loved the idea!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Well,I've been hosting since a very young age many friends from other countries but I just found out about this and I am so thrilled! Hope to add something cool very soon! :D

My life is amazing enough. I just thank God every single day for what I have and for my drive to LIVE the world,to live PEOPLE and their stories,which become interwined together in a beautiful path.

I've done so many things which deserve to be shared face to face :)

I would happily teach Italian :) I've been teaching Italian for 4 years now on Skype thus I am an experienced teacher :)

I would love to be fluent in French and Spanish.
I would LOVE TO LEARN ESPERANTO although no one speaks it anymore.
