About Me

I'm kind of an introvert but don't give up on me just yet :)
I live with my partner and our two children aged 3 and 5. Although we're quiet people, in our home there'll always be the music on.
We love hiking, nature, sci-fi books and books for children.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because I'm hoping to expose my children to English, as we speak it with them
- although as non-native speakers- as well as different cultures and ways to live life.

Interests

I started indoor climbing a couple of years ago.
I played the piano for a couple of years then I stopped, although I think about going back to it from time to time.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: D'angelo, James Blake, Serpentwithfeet.
Last film seen: Blood Simple, 1984, from the Cohen Brother
Books: I'm currently reading Non-Violent communication by Rosenberg and Good Inside by Dr. Beckie.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've climbed a whole mountain in via ferrata, amazing experience.
I gave birth twice :P

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you some Italian and bits of the Italian culture/cuisine. Passionate about children's psychology.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Stories I've read, places I've visited, our food and a warm clean place to stay overnight.
Bear in mind that we can only provide for a couch in the common area, the living room, and a private bathroom. Unfortunately we don't have a spare room for visitors. But life with two small children is tough and so is the time schedule, which means that the house has to be kind of quiet from roughly 8pm to 6:30am. So, BEWARE: if you are someone who enjoys sleeping after 6:30am you'll struggle as, once the children are awake, they'll be noisy and nosy too, haha! And also we'll have breakfast right away at 6:30-7 in the common area, which is right next to the kitchen.

Countries I’ve Lived In
