Mu next big trip This coming spring is Europe and Russia

I like people of all ages and backgrounds. I like cats and dogs too. Age has no limitations for sharing our own home and culture.

I love eating fresh fruits and vegetables and the local cuisines of the places I visit.
I like to learn all about my guests/hosts culture, their lives, dreams,
travels, etc.and sharing from my own.

I enjoy street performers, art galleries, opera, theater, museums, libraries, bookstores, concerts, and herbal tea.

We are two people at home my husband and myself plus our cat. Sir leaf.

兴趣

I love plants and gardening, sunrises, sunsets and lots of colors. Cotton, silk, linen, wool. Swimming in the ocean, rivers and lakes and getting my feet wet in city fountains. I love Islands and traveling to islands.

Music: I enjoy many kinds of music. Rock, Blues, rai, country, classical, Jazz, reggae, folk music from different countries.
Pink Floyd, Queen, Sting, Willie Nelson, Mozart, Chopin, Cheb Mammi, Elvis Presley, Vicente Fernandez, Rocio Durcal, Juan Gabriel, Bob Marley, Bob Dylan, Cat Stevens, The Beatles,
Movies? so many, independent, foreign, and classic. The last one I saw was "Incendies" and before that one I saw "Potiche".
Here are some that I remember: The sound of Music, Gone with the wind, Mary Poppins, El laberito del fauno, North by Northwest, witness for the prosecution, pillow talk,
Books: I enjoy travelogues, biography and non fiction. Newspapers, magazines fiction, mysteries.
I prefer a good mystery when I am traveling.

My last one to Kenya. Going by road from Tel Aviv to Cairo and seeing the Saharan dessert golden dunes. Going in Baja California by road through the dessert.

Maya Indians in Chichicastenango Guatemala on Market day at 5 in the morning and sharing breakfast with them and visiting their church.
Dead sea swimming and trying to take all that salt out from my hair.
Turkish baths in Istanbul and Morocco.
Nile river by felluca in Egypt
Being in a desert sand storm in Morocco and a few hours later in a snow storm in the mountains in the same country.
Kyoto in the spring. Iguazu falls in Argentina and Brazil. There is no way to describe it. It was sublime!
