I love the idea of people all over the world sharing time.
As I´m most of the time staying in friends homes when I´m travelling and recieve friends from all over the world in my house I somehow forgot about couchsurfing.
Just a few weeks ago I traveld with a guy from Paraty to São Paulo and he was so excited about cs that I got excited myself:)
