Overview
About Me
I'm 30 years old and currently reside in Orange County. I'm incredibly fascinated by all forms of art. I work in retail (clearly an interest in fashion) and spend all of my free time producing / composing music (various genres). 2014 was a year of travel for me, so I visited 12 cities that I had previously never been to (my childhood travel was very limited due to sports seasons that tended to be year round). 2015 my two goals were simple: run more, read more. I ran over 1k miles and finished 26 books. I'm very ambitious, goal-driven, organized, etc.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think the user community / concept of Couchsurfing is extremely rad. Hotel prices are insane (even with extensive research / knowing the ins and outs), so hats off to every generous person on this site that opens their home to those looking to live life.

Music, Movies, and Books
TV: Mr. Robot, Black Mirror, True Detective, Master of None, Peaky Blinders, Westworld, Sherlock.
Books: Love Does, How Music Got Free, To Kill a Mockingbird, David and Goliath, The Checklist Manifesto, The Artisan Soul, The Girl on the Train, Love Wins, The Stranger.
Music: "I listen to everything" is overused, and typically inaccurate. That being said, I listen to everything. I'm currently living in a 'vibes' Spotify playlist that consists of +400 songs from artists that I had never heard of prior to a few months ago (courtesy of 'Discover Weekly' and 'New Music Friday'). As a producer, I'm constantly looking for inspiration, so I rarely find music that's worth visiting twice.

Movies: Her, 500 Days of Summer, Man of Steel, The Judge. In 2014, I set out to watch 52 movies released in 2014. I was on pace to succeed when I stumbled across Inherent Vice, and decided I never wanted to watch a movie in theaters again. Thankfully, I overcame adversity and returned to a theater the following month. Unfortunately, I only managed to watch 49 of the 52 movies in 2014.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I scored the game-winning touchdown on a QB keep, hurdling over a defender with seconds left in the game (high school, senior year). My calm demeanor never allowed me to enjoy that moment.
Teach, Learn, Share
I dabble on several instruments, fluently on the acoustic guitar. I'm incredibly passionate about life, and believe that I can converse with anyone regarding any topic (if I can't, enlighten me).
What I Can Share with Hosts
Time is the most valuable thing that can be shared. I look forward to the conversation.
