About Me

Perhaps, you know, and perhaps not - I was born, grew up and live in a country of remarkable beauty, in Kyrgyzstan. A small, little-known country with a name difficult for foreigners to pronounce. Kyrgyzstan is pure mountain air, tasty food and century-old traditions. And how many beautiful, untouched by civilization places there are - high snow-white mountains, valleys, rivers. This is a small country in the very center of Central Asia. Kyrgyzstan is often called the second Switzerland. But, I believe that nature is much more beautiful and the beauty is untouched, pristine.
I grew up in a very loving family, and therefore my childhood passed away like a fairy tale. I was born and raised in Kyrgyzstan in Issyk-Kul, where beautiful nature, a wonderful lake. Lake Issyk-Kul is one of the fabulous pages of my childhood.
This lake is located in a mountain range at an altitude of 1500 meters above sea level. The lake is surrounded by mountain ranges and glaciers. The water is salty in second place after Lake Baikal. Sandy beaches, more than 200 resorts and resorts and guest houses do not count.
Cholpon Ata is the center of the resort area. Prices and service for any wallet, there is everything. I can safely say one thing, those who have ever visited this place come again.
When the weather becomes cold and begins to snow (winter season from November to April), in the city of Karakol, which is the center of the Issyk-Kul region, it turns into a winter wonderland and adventure. The city of Karakol is an ideal base for lovers of winter activities, as it is here that one of the largest and most modern ski resorts in Central Asia is located, and also here you can visit a multicultural environment with rich culinary traditions.
If you are a lover of steep slopes, near the city of Karakol you will find any slopes suitable for snowboarding and off-piste skiing.
Prefer lighter adventures? Snowmobiles and snowshoes are an ideal way to have fun while admiring beautiful views of the mountains. If you travel with your family, your children can enthusiastically slide down the slopes on a sled or, putting on skates, ride on large ice rinks.
Karakol offers its guests a full range of services, including the ability to rent the necessary equipment for skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, paragliding and much more. There are many hot springs in Kyrgyzstan, and there are several hot springs near Karakol, one of which is Ak-Suu Kench. Ak-Suu Kench is just a 30-minute drive from the city. There is also public transport that allows travelers easy access to hot springs throughout the day. What could be better than relaxing in a hot spring to relax your muscles and r refresh your head after a very active day.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My family is very friendly and cheerful. My family leaves for every season. We love to travel, look at the lives of other people and just relax.
In winter, my family and I love to go skiing in the mountains. We almost every summer go to the same lake called Issyk Kul. Last traveled to Prague, Austria and Germany.
Our family, (including many relatives), has its own little traditions. The most important is hospitality and respect for people. We always meet guests with joy and treats. And our parents taught us to respect people since childhood.
Holidays are always celebrated with family. Congratulations to each other, giving gifts and good mood.

I remember the first time I talked about CS and thought about what an amazing way to explore the world and meet new and interesting people. It took me some time to finally join, and I regret not having done this before !!

Once an idea came to my mind to go to China by bus. I told friends about it. We got a visa in a week and drove off. For 4 days we arrived in the city of Urumqi. On the way, we saw amazing beautiful places. Everyone told me thanks for the idea. In China, the first time I tried a snail. (fried). So I liked the snail that I immediately ate almost half a kilogram. The next day lay a temperature of 40 degrees. That's how I was sick for 5 days.
