FOOD! I love to eat. I am a HUGE foodie. From fine dining to food trucks, I love it all. I don't like it when people tell me I need to eat more because I am so skinny. Chances are I can out eat you!

Dancing! I can dance dance dance the night away to electronic, spanish, hiphop, pretty much any type of music. =)

Sound bath meditation - one of my favorite practices. It’s a deeply transformative experience that uses sound vibrations from various instruments helping to release stress and balance energy.

Hiking - just returned from exploring Switzerland’s stunning trails,. Waterfalls, cows, impossibly green grass, wild flowers, glacial rivers. I’m always up for mountain hikes.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Threw some stuff in a carryon bag, went to the airport the next day, flew to Tokyo, and lived there for 6months. What a breathtakingly beautiful country with such vibrant culture. I can share recommendations for all the best hidden spots.
