About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I try to find out how to combine all important things in my life: taking care of my son and husband, keeping our home cosy, proceeding with creative photograpy, travelling and making this world better (mainly by things written above:)
ABOUT ME
I love living here on this planet. I am married and love my husband and little son. Usually we travel together and use this page instead of creating two separate. I used to work as a photographer, free-lance interpreter and owned a little Internet crafts-store. Currently I don't as the kid needs me all the time.
PHILOSOPHY
Best things happen not on purpose, but it is still important to dream and to make plans. I like accepting challenges and achieving goals.
In my everyday life I try to share things I have with other people, and time also. Volonteering is doing at least smth useful in our miserable lives (ha-ha!!! sounds crazy!!!:)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I don't remember why, but I was really excited about how to meet my first guest-traveler from abroad and how to make things good for him)))
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
When I am in another country I always try to meet with natives - it is the most important part of getting know the culture...
Of course for some people it is ok to live in a hotel and visit the most popular touristic places, but frankly speaking – isn't it too simple?
The most I like in CS is to meet new people and to have the first hugs or handshakes with them. Here comes the feeling, when I don't know a person but we trust each other.
Another thing is saying good-bye to CS-er and realizing “Wow! I am so lucky to meet such inspiring people!”

Music, Movies, and Books
I like reading and enjoy autobiography most of all, even if it is fully ot partly fiction. Shantaram is one of them. Memoirs of Geisha too.
Music: Jazzmusik of different kinds, RHCP, Moby, Bob Marley, Gogol Bordello, Rammstein.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hitch-hiking is amaizing to my mind. When I was 15-17 years old I used to travel in such a way to Crimea for many times (400-500 km), one time to St. Petersburg (1800 km) and one time to Petrozavodsk (2000 km). After 25 I tried hitch-hiking with my husband in Montenegdo, Turkey and Cyprus and it was much fun!
Teach, Learn, Share
Couchsurfing is 100% a sharing-thing! Otherwise it can turn into free-hostels-disguasting-service. I mean that people share or take not just accomodation, but experience, time, feelings, useful knowledge (etc) too!
I can teach you: English or Russian language, writting love letters, could make a couple of nice photo-portraits of yours (probably that's the main thing:)...
I love cooking for others! In Europe they say I am good, but it is quite doubtful, however I am sure in these things: lentil-soup, spice-rise, omelets, milk-shakes, vegetable salads and some other random stuff.
What I would learn from you: some words from your native language, some recipes of your native cuisine, travel tips or funny stories from your traveling.
What I Can Share with Hosts
A smile, any kind of knowledge, anything if it is not offensive to me or people around + things mentioned above.
