I'm new to couchsurfing, having just learned about it from a new friend. I like meeting new people and making new friends, and this seems like a great way to do so, just as she said.

I've lived in the Bay Area most of my life and know good places to get coffee, eat, hike, and see here.

I live near San Mateo but often come into SF to meet people or do things. I'd love to show you some of my favorites.

I'm happily married (though I'm the more social one, so it will just be me) and love cars, good food, coffee, and good (real) conversations.

I also like bocce, and would be happy to teach you if you haven't played.
