I'm Japanese and raised in Tokyo.
I was working in Tokyo until 2011 for yoga teacher at Gold's gym that is one of most famous fitness gym in japan.
also I was teaching japanese actress.

after that I left all my job and start travel and looking for myself and looking for my place.
and now,I like yoga gypsy life.

I used to live in Koh phangan Thailand about 4 years.
I was teaching yoga,water sports shop manager and teaching wind surfing.

After that I used to live in
Byron bay (eastern most of Australia)
Hateruma Island (southern most of Japan)
Kyoto(most traditional city of Japan)
and
Pai(North of Thailand)

I sometimes come back to Tokyo.
but honestly I don't like in Tokyo.

I recommend Kyoto if you come to Japan.
I know good place in Kyoto more than Tokyo.

I am vegetarian.
I love to cook vegan food.
I don't drink alcohol.

I love nature and natural life.
feel myself.
follow my heart what I want!

I love to doing yoga,teaching yoga,acro yoga,singing mantra,fire dance,contact improvisation dance,ecstatic dance;)

That is all meditation and I am back to LOVE.

The places are Byron bay,Mullumbimby,Main arm in east Australia.
I fell in Love with this place.
Huge beautiful nature and amazing people and sweet animals.
People are "LOVE FIRST" also very ECO.
A lot of beautiful community.
surfer,yogi,musician,creater,talented people...
I was no shoes life there.
and no wifi,soler electricity and rain water....
I was living with nature and healing from nature and people.
If you are vegetarian or spiritual person,I really recomend this place.
