At my old house my roomates hosted couchsurfers almost every weekend.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Grew up in Germany, travelling nearly every country in Europe including Morocco in a Volkswagon Bus. My father is a Doctor of Physics, my mother an artist.When I was 19 I backpacked 4 months through Ecuador by myself

I climbed active vulcano Tungurahua in Ecuador. In the Andes, towards the slope into the amazon. The colors and plants are unbelievably vivid. Hummingbirds three times the size in the most brilliants shades. Popping Frogs sounds echo through the mist while the vulcano grumbles, and shakes beneath you. Spewing above. Lava cooling and falling to the ground.

Teach, Learn, Share

Mushrooms (decomposers) break down complex hydrocarbon bonds to digest tough plant matter. Toxic substances such as oil, are also composed of the complex hydrocarbon bonds. Therefore mushrooms are able to clean up highly toxic sites within 16 weeks of innoculation with spores. Edible on top of that. Bon Apetit
