About Me

I, Chitrang, am 24 years old. Born in Surat, Gujarat, India. Hence follows the sarcastic humor. Done my schooling from a little hill top called Panchgani, Maharashtra, India (scenic place in India). I have studied mechanical engineering in England for 4 years, 3 years in Huddersfield and a year in Leeds. Very friendly and outgoing person, also always up for a night out unless I have big commitments the following day. A good cook for Indian food. Though I take my own sweet time to cook, its all worth it in the end. Up for learning and understanding different cultures almost always.
I am currently doing my Masters in Biomedical Engineering in Lubeck, Germany.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing gives me an oportunity to meet people form all around the world which is like the first priority for me. I am also very interesting learning different cultures. There is always something positive that you can pick up from every religion, culture, person. Life is an adventure and couchsurfing is like an icing on the cake (life) by helping people communicate .

The last thing is, it doesnt matter how rich or poor you are, Couchsurfing is a station for all human being as equal. When we take away the discrimination (be it direct or indirect) factor, you can learn a lot in life.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite Books are mainly self help book rather then fiction, some of the authors that really like are,

Paulo Coehlo (The Alchemist)
Robin Sharma( The monk who sold his ferrari, Who will cry when you die)
Rhonda Bryne (Secret)
Shiv Khera (You can win)
also a local Gujarati book by Mukesh Patel and Kruti Shah (Inspirational Gems to Empower your life)

A have red a few other fiction books including,
Dan Brown (The DaVinci Code, Angles and Demons)
Amish Tripathi (The Shiva trilogy)

Not much of a reader any more though.

Music:

I love a lot of the classic from the 90's and 2000! I like all the genres, apart from EDM. I would also like occasional sesh of of classical, rock, jazz and pop. I am currently more into Hip-hop, RnB, Rap and most of the Chill music.
Few of my fav artist are:
Drake, Tyga, Wiz, Kendrick, Sean Paul, Jay Sean, and on and on and on!! too many!!

Movies:
I like thrillers, mysteries, science friction, action, horror, war, Crime and ALL BOLLYWOOD movies. Sometimes also comedy, musical, biography and sports if I find them interesting.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There are plenty of good things but none of them are amazing. I am still waiting for that one amazing thing or even many amazing things.

Teach, Learn, Share

I believe in give and dont expect get. Its like a reformed version of give and take.

I could teach a whole lot of stuff. Although the stand out would be, Cooking Indian food (the ones I know of), Classical Gujarati folk dance (Navratri festival), Gujarati and Indian (the ones I know of) culture and History.

I would love to learn about different cultures and learn about different beautiful authentically unknown destination to travel and party.

Sharing depends on how the conversation really goes, It could get really intense and get down to the wire or else just skim the top.
