Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I get the chance to, I'll host – and in fact I'm really looking forward to that. In the mean time, I mainly use Couchsurfing to meet people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couch surfing is deliciously new and shiny to me.

So I like Music and Films and Books but I've written about that below. Being outside, swimming in the sea or a lake is about my favourite thing. Oh and Tea. All different kinds of tea.

Music, Movies, and Books

So many, it's always hard to chose. And my tastes are always changing. I'll pick a few though so you get the idea.
Books: Brave New World and Island by Aldous Huxley. I like Evelyn Waugh novels. Herman Hesse.
Films: Badlands, Pans Labyrinth (El laberinto del fauno), No Country for Old Men, The Lives of Others (Das Leben der Anderen), Of Gods and Men (Des hommes et des dieux).
Music: Joanna Newsom, Final Fantasy, Fleet Foxes, The Weeknd...
Television: Arrested Development - few things makes me laugh like that does. I also love the BBC esp its News programmes.

Teach, Learn, Share

There's so much I want to learn, like German and knitting and how to build a table. If you can teach me either of these things I'll be VERY grateful.

I guess I'm pretty good at doing head stands so I could try and show you how to do that. I know a bit about science too, but nobody wants to know about that.

Oh I guess I can cook too, if you like vegetarian food. Also kind of an erratic but not entirely unsuccessful baker.
