About Me
I love exploring new places, trying new foods, listening to new music etc....why ever stop learning?!
I lived and volunteered in a beautiful life sharing community in Bangalore, India with adults whom have special needs and then continued to live and travel (with a kitten) for two years! I have a very strong connection to India.
In college, for A levels, I studied Sociology, Psychology, Graphic design, English Language and Business studies and then went on to art college before returning to India. ( Ive had this 'travel bug' since I was young and first visited India alone when I was just 16)
In the UK summer months I work at a selection of festivals in a Psychedelic welfare tent...ask me more about this!
I love hiking. I love animals. I love poetry and spoken word performances.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
If you want to actually get to know a place then the best way to travel is through the eyes of a local...that hidden gem of a place that makes amazing food down a back street or an alternative tour of an amazing place without hundreds of tourists on their phones...that's how I like to see places. Authentically.
