I'm currently living and working in Singapore.

ABOUT ME

I'm a sweets person! I can't really cook, but I could bake well (: I enjoy baking, it's a way to work on my creativity, and a form of de-stress as well. My eyes glistens whenever I see pastries, think pastries or talk pastries :D

I used to have my own cupcakery, selling my bakes and spreading the love of good pastries to people. Over time, I realise my newfound love for teaching. Instead of selling my bakes to people, I feel that it is a much better choice to teach people the right skills to make good delicious pastries on their own. I enjoy sharing my recipes and sharing my knowledge to get more people to enjoy baking, and to bake for their loved ones.

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life based on my gut feelings. I do what I love and what I enjoy. Because life is short, I always believe in maximising the most out of everything. We only live life once, so we should definitely make the BEST out of it :D

Because I love travelling, sightseeing and getting myself immersed in a different culture, I'd love to meet people from all around the world. Sharing personal experience is a fun and enjoyable thing to do (:

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've done couchsurfing when I visited Europe three years back. It was a very memorable experience for me. It was fun couchsurfing and having all the cultural exchanges, knowing new people.

Interests

Travelling. I like to see the world, walking, exploring, hiking...it makes me feel like this world is a much better place than what we usually see from where we are.

I appreciate good food, enjoys listening to good music. Love watching plays and musicals, visiting museums. I like to watch movies and TV serials too. Most of the times I'll get my video fixes online.

I love things that intrigues my thoughts and are out of the norm.

Music, Movies, and Books

My playlist is mostly Kpop at the moment.

I tend to like romance genre movies, like The Longest Ride, The Notebook. Or animation movies (Disney/Pixar), like Frozen. No to horror flicks though. Harry Potter, Hunger Games...and so much more

For books...The Little Prince? I cried reading this book.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was 14, I dreamt of having my own bakery. I slowly worked my way towards my dream and realised it when I was 23. It was an arduous and amazing journey for me, and till date, it has been the best thing I've ever done and achieved in my life. It was also the happiest period of my life. As the saying goes, you don't have to work a single day when you are enjoying what you are doing.

I do have a lot of interesting stories to share. My life is full of ups and downs, just like a roller coaster ride. Been through and experienced quite alot in life, for my age. haha. I think my life can be made into a movie..albeit an exciting one :P
