About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To make the world a better place! And get to know awesome people along the way.
ABOUT ME
I love people and traveling, probably my two favorite things in life. I am half French Canadian, and darn proud of it!! I have a strong desire to live outside of the US when I am a little bit older. I read as much as I can and I am constantly trying to educate myself about other places and what is happening in the world. I am passionate about politics and believe in the human spirit to do good. I want to do right by others and truly want to help others make their lives better, whether it be volunteering to deliver groceries or holding the door open for someone. I think everyone should live consciously green about the planet around them, for if we take it for granted, we will regret it. I'm from the south, and do hold dear to me good southern hospitality and manners; though don't be fooled, I can be a spitfire.
PHILOSOPHY
I believe that people should do their utmost to love and help others around them, despite race, gender, sexual orientation, economic status, or political persuasion. It can be hard, I know, but it is a worthy life goal.

Teach, Learn, Share
Share-->
1) I can share my knowledge about news media in the US-and how to watch to watch the news with a critical eye/mind. I'm a political communication major and probably know far too much about the US media and believe everyone should be schooled in media literacy. Without it, we are bound to trust what's in the paper or on TV without a second glance and that is no way to live in this complex world.
2) I would love to share my thoughts on human rights and cultural sensitivity.
3) Discussion about the planet itself and the human role on the earth. Environment and conscious ways of living.
4) Many people have a certain, unfair view of French people, French Canadians, and Canadians and as a halfy, I think I can broaden people's views and hopefully enlighten them to the wonderful people/country that is Canada.
Learn-->
1) anything! and everything! about different places, cultures, and people.
2) And definitely I am open to learning about different ways of thinking and perceptions on any number of issues.
3) I would also love to learn about different foods.
