Explore and learn :)
ABOUT ME
Hi!
I am a young American seeking her roots in Europe. I plan to travel till I am done, explore till I am ready to return, learn till I am all learned up.
PHILOSOPHY
A bit funny to share over the internet... but basically I LOVE being alive. I also LOVE philosophy and especially listening to people's personal philosophies. This would be fun to talk about over a meal on your couch ;)
But to share a little bit.. I love Taoism and I see the world as a spiritual place. This infuses everything that I do. I am not a big talker about any of these things though, unless asked, because I feel like gabbing about matters this close to my heart can cheapen them.

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: not a big movie person but I like to watch things that teach me something or make me feel deeply. Watched too much TV as a kid so am mostly against the whole business but I like to watch things sometimes and with people who love movies!
Music: dancing and relaxing music, folk, Paul Simon, rockin out music... a mish mash of good-to-me things
Books: I'm kinda addicted to Tom Robbins thanks to Even Cowgirls Get the Blues
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I swam with a wild sea turtle :)
Teach, Learn, Share
This is so wonderful! I love to see that CS sees itself as "a school where everyone's a student and everyone's a teacher. Surfing isn't just about a place to sleep. It's about exchange." This is a big part of my personal philosophy (even though I didn't put it in the section)
Teach and Share: felting/sewing, yoga, bird watching, silly games
Learn: yummy recipes, more bird watching, dance moves, new languages or more French/Spanish, interesting ideas
