About Me

CURRENT MISSION
To create deep, healthy, loving relationships with myself and all beings.

ABOUT ME

I have an intense appreciation for the natural world and all it embodies. You can usually find me deep in a canyon, trekking through the mountains, soaking in a hot spring, hunting mushrooms, singing to the birds, or preparing yummy wild treats. I am a nomad at heart and open myself to any fresh experiences that can take me to new places. Despite my nomadic tendencies, I am becoming more and more interested in community living, sustainable building, and natural farming. Humanity is progressing in a positive direction and I believe that a regression back to living in smaller, supportive, conscious communities is the key. I strive to be a part of this revolution and put as much positive change into the world as I can. I also love to swim, hike, backpack, dance, grow my own food, cook for friends, read, hula hoop, write, converse, and meet new people, like you for instance. So if I happen to be where you're at, let's kick it and smile for a while.

PHILOSOPHY

There is always a choice. We choose how we view and interact with the world and therefore we are able to create whatever reality we choose. What an empowering and beautiful truth! I also think that smiling and really good hugs can never be spread too thick.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I open my home, whether its a tent in the woods or a room in the city, and welcome all those travelers and future friends. I'll share whatever I can and hope to receive your perspectives, stories, and creative enlightenment.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When I have been sticking in one spot, there always seems to be someone on the couch, or someone camping in the backyard, or living out of their truck in the driveway. I dig it and I support all of you traveling, homeless, wandering, rambling, hitch hiking, train hopping, anti-rent paying folks out there. I've been there and I love to reciprocate all the love that I have received over my past few, rambling years. Weather we met on couchsurfing, on the streets, or at a festival, I have hosted quite a few people and also slept on my fair share of couches.

I've got plenty and some pretty good moves. Are you into crafting and jewelry making? Me too…. Ohh and I'm also teaching myself wild plants and mushrooms, so let's take a walk. =)
