Hey this is Yoon!
In Korean my name is 조윤경, and Yoon is one part of my name because the other letter is too difficult for you to pronunciate X) and of course I'm from South Korea. I am proud of my country, especially the food is the best thing for me, but it's also exciting to figure out something different!
I love to travel, as all the other guys. Even I'm traveling now, I have long list of countries that I want to visit in the future.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Sometimes it's good to meet travelers in hostels, but sometimes it's better to be with locals to experience more about the region and exchange cultures.

Interests

I like time that passing slow. I don't have to be rush, I have more than enough time to walk around every corner, I experience lots of feeling to write down on my diary, I learn new languages in local environment, I always have my own choice to go or to stay. This is why I love traveling!

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a huge fan of Russian classics. I like to read classics, essays, short novels, and sometimes travel essays. I love easy readable but nutritional type of books that I can think of. Always best to read books written in Korean, which is really hard to find when I'm traveling X)

Thesedays I love to listen to reggaeton because I'm traveling in Latin America. Profetas, Bomba estereo, Choquiptown, mostly Colombian singers. I like to listen to Raggae music too. Chronixx, Bob marley.
Love to listen to Korean music. Kpop is not only the music exists in Korea!

Enjoy watching a movie once in a while but not too often. Instead I watch netflix.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Joining a sail boat from Guatemala to Colombia and running out from it after 4 days because I didn't like it

I can teach you some korean expressions if you want :)
I want to practice spanish if you're spanish speaker, otherwise it's fine too.
Would be happy to share each other's recipes which we're good at. Even I'm not a good cook I love to be in the kitchen, learning and thinking about new recipes!
