ABOUT ME

I draw. Sometimes. I devour food and comics, I like touching and smelling things. And making lists. I have a thing for detail. Cooking is my passion and the biggest source of light in my life. Racoons, foxes, frogs and baby harp seals fascinate me. I'm a loud and spontaneous person, I lose most of the time in video games and really enjoy listening to people's stories.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm really on this planet just to try and taste every food there is available out there. Then I'm hitch-hiking my way out of here.

I have successfully hosted one person so far :D My travel companions have been many - and so far I've stayed with a couple of hosts.

Some metal, psychedelic rock, movie, game, and anime sountracks, classical, electronic, ambient, greek stuff, whatever really (throw in some Lady Gaga in there too, she's an idol). I listen to upbeat oldies while doing the dishes or cooking.

Let's just say I like anime and animated movies a lot. Ratatouille probably being my favourite. Needless to say I know most Disney movies songs by heart.
Also: Mary & Max, Howl's Moving Castle, Fantastic Mr. Fox, any Ewan McGregor film, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, LOTR, Star Wars, Amelie, El Laberinto Del Fauno, Synecdoche New York, Lost in Translation, High Fidelity, Mr. Nobody, Where The Wild Things Are, Run Lola Run, The Cornetto Trilogy, The Fall, The Pianist, THE ROOM, I enjoy Tarantino's films and other stuff I can't remember right now.

Books! Huh... The Curious Incident of The Dog in the Night-Time, His Dark Materials, The Dispossessed, The Metamorphosis, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, A Series of Unfortunate Events, The Last Black Cat, American Gods, everything Haruki Murakami and a bunch of manga and comics. (like Koko be Good, Umbrella Academy, Blankets, Mafalda, Oyasumi PunPun, Yukiko's Spinach, PLUTO)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

-The norwegian fjords!!
-The (daily) Hindu thanksgiving ceremony on the banks of Ganges river in Varanasi!
-Blue vanilla ice cream with a loved one in Hong Kong.
-Seen a sunny Bergen! :^)
-Watched a star fall on my first night in Santo Domingo.
-Created a fancy dinner menu and cooked for 75 people
-Stayed in a remote wooden cabin in Ellun Kallio near Nurmes in Finland, which we reached canoeing. The sunset in that place, surrounded by vast forests and lakes of unimaginable beauty, was unforgettable.
