ABOUT ME

I am a 25 year young guy just living life in the grand state of oklahoma! I was born in Calgary Alberta Canada but moved to the states when i was 4 yrs old. I grew up with my mother, step father, and 3 brothers in Tulsa. went to college at Oklahoma State University (GO POKES!) and I now work for a natural gas transmission company as an engineer by helping build gathering pipelines, compressor stations, and other seemingly boring mechanical stuffs.

i also love talking about philosophy and life, even though i never took many courses on the subject i still like to think my life experiences have taught me much.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am very new to the CS project. I have been inspired by a few of my friends that have been couch surfing and have come back with great experiences. I hope to participate both by hosting and surfing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't been on a true couch surfing experience yet but have crashed on friends couches that are available on CS... i would say that counts right?! with that being said all of the experiences were top notch.

Interests

soccer, snowboarding, movies, anime, scrubs, #6 at wendy's, sleeping in late and of course staying up late, drinking with friends, taking care of drunk friends, my girl face leigha, family, music of all kinds but most notably trance/progressive/electro house/jonathan wooley's banjo freestyle, driving fast, taking things slow, and i wish i invested more time in reading...

Music, Movies, and Books

movies - i like blockbuster hits, the occasional chick flick, anime, cartoons in general

music - as i mentioned in my interests i like electronic dance music. some of my favorite artists are BT, Above and Beyond (and Oceanlab of course), Tiesto, Ferry Corsten, gabriel and dresden, and many more.

right now i have Nic Chagall "this moment" stuck in my head

books - i havent read in a while. last thing i read were the first 3 books of the Harry Potter series and i loved them!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

i have walked on lake louise in alberta canada while it was frozen with no snowcover under a full moon... breathtaking
