By opening my life to new experiences and people...only then can we learn to love and appreciate one another, despite the differences (which in fact make us beautifully unique!)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed in Barcelona, Brussells and Amsterdam. I have also met a few people, but only online. I really look forward to being a part of the global community and making new friends in the years to come!!!

Anything with a rockin' beat, a lot of soul and not on "American Idol"--I'm really into Mozart and Northern African music right now. I'm kind of a Tori Amos freak, love Ben Harper, Elliot Smith, Fiona Apple, Indigo Girls, Khaled, Within Temptation, GnR, Janis, Ella, Louis, Frankie, Lex...I can't answer these questions properly cuz they are too limiting!Favorite TV Shows:LOST!!!, Project Runway, Top Chef, Iron Chef America, Heroes, The Colbert Report, almost any sport (especially football, gymanstics and ice skating)Favorite Movies:All About Eve, Vertigo, The Sound of Music, Casablanca, The Princess Bride, The Neverending Story, 16 Candles--um, since it's not a category, I'll add some fav plays: Macbeth, Hedda Gabler, Long Day's Journey Into Night, and anything that awesome group Flux Theatre Ensemble produces!!Favorite Books:Scarlet Letter, The Awakening, One Hundred Years of Solitude, The Outlander Series, Mists of Avalon, Daughter of Fortune, A Long Way Gone, Siddhartha, The Alchemist, Immortality, Eat Pray Love, The Mastery of Love by Don Miguel Ruiz

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am in the process of blindly hurtling myself towards my destiny...I think this is an act of great courage, love and strength and will bear the fruit of all the incredible life experiences to come...travelling alone through Europe and going to Burning Man are only a part of what I am sure will be an incredible life for me!
