Overview
About Me
We are actually two humans, Sean and Christine. We'll be traveling around Iceland this August, and then passing through England (London, mostly), France, and Spain before heading home.
Sean is a former special education teacher and professional soup-maker, a very recent law school graduate, and and a soon-to-be lawyer at a nonprofit in Berkeley, CA.
Christine is a dietician, a lecturer at San Francisco State University, and an aspiring medical student/geriatrician (a doctor specially trained to work with older folks).
Professions aside, we both live in a 16-person cooperative house in Berkeley, and love sharing meals with people/meeting new folks. Possibly you!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Mostly because we'd much rather stay with local people and have authentic experiences in the countries we're visiting, instead of just being in little bubbles of other travelers (though other travelers can be lovely too).
We also regularly have couchsurfers in our home (though other housemates are usually the hosts) and they're universally lovely.

Teach, Learn, Share
Sean could teach you to make soup (provided you have an immersion blender), or a really good frittata.
Christine could probably teach you to crochet.
