ABOUT ME

I am an ecentric LOVER of life, People, Nature, most gardening.. especially Permaculture, no chemicals, natural everything.
I love a good read, good music, esp Clasical & Folk. My highlight is going to the Woodford Folk Festival, My dream is to visit Folk Festivals all over Australia & the world. Have lived alone since my 3 Children left home 10 yrs ago.Left the City of Brisbane & found 3 acres in the middle of a forest, with a delightful Lake across the road. To me it's Heaven in peace & Nature.

PHILOSOPHY

I love my personal Freedom, so therefore I like to give everyone else their personal freedom.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have just joined C S , but i started bringing home travellers to sleep since I was a teenager, much to my Mothers surprise. I have always had Strangers who soon become friends sleeping in my home. Have been a WWOOFING host for 8 years. Looking forward to meeting many new friends in the CS project. Also hope to travel & meet CS hosts in other countries.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had Bridget come to stay for 5 days over New Year 2010. She was a delightful Young Woman, we talked non stop, really enjoyed so many subjects. We both love similar foods & cooking, gardening, swimming. Time just seemed to fly. Bridget got me involved in C S , I'm really excited at the possabilities.

I'm interested in most of life, but esp Reading, Gardening, Music, Art, Painting, Drawing, Photography, Creative expression, Inter Play, Meditation, Personal Growth, Creative Cooking, Alt Healing, Reiki, Peace

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I've done is give birth to 3 amazing babies, & then watching them grow & explore life. Art College at age 40.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am able to teach Organic Gardening, Permaculture. Sewing, Knitting, Creative Cooking, Many kinds of Life Skills. Creative Arts & Crafts
I'd love to learn Japanese Cooking, Arts & Crafts of different cultures.
